Modular Home Designs
R-Family
A single rectangular volume, and the widest range we build. It runs from a compact one-bedroom home up to a four-bedroom house, which makes it the easiest family to fit on a narrow or awkward plot.

L-Family
Two wings meeting at a corner, wrapped around a sheltered courtyard. Living space and terrace open into the protected side, while the bedrooms sit in the quieter wing away from them.

Combo Family
Two modules joined into a single home. These are the largest layouts we build, with full-size living space on one side and a separate sleeping wing on the other.

One system under every home
- 01 Galvanised steel frame Light-gauge galvanised steel carries the loads. It does not warp, shrink or rot, so the structure is built for a long life.
- 02 Insulated panel envelope A continuous, factory-bonded insulated panel rather than loose insulation packed between studs. Fewer joints and fewer cold bridges.
- 03 Ventilated, airtight build-up Cladding sits on a ventilated cavity that keeps rain off the insulated core, with an airtight membrane on the warm side.

Good to know
How long does the whole process take?
Once your home leaves the factory, the structure stands on your foundations in two to three days. Interiors take a further four to eight weeks on site, and then the house is handed over.
Do I need planning permission?
For a permanent home, usually yes, and the rules depend on your site and local authority. The drawings produced in the Design stage give your application what it needs.
What foundations does the house need?
The foundation specification is confirmed during the Design stage for your exact home and site, and it is signed off before production starts.
Can the house come furnished?
Yes. You can take the home ready for your own furniture, or choose one of three furniture packs, Bronze, Silver or Gold, and move straight in.
Where do you deliver?
We build indoors in our factory and deliver across Ireland and the rest of Europe.
